OMG! I am having so much trouble with this computer I don't know if it is my computer or the internet. We thought it was the modem and it was replaced...but it is still awful moving slowly and choking!

It could be that your computer needs to be defragmented.
Go to the Start button and click then All Programs then Accessories then System tools and finally to Disk Defragmenter. If you are running XP then you can analyse before running the defrag.
